2. Service Description

BaZi Destiny provides personalized astrological readings based on the Chinese BaZi (Four Pillars of Destiny) system. We offer:

Free Readings: Basic personality and elemental profile analysis.
Premium Readings (Destiny Master / Destiny Oracle): Detailed career, relationship, health, and Feng Shui guidance available through paid subscription.
Love Compatibility: Analysis of compatibility between two individuals based on their BaZi charts.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access premium features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed through Stripe.
All payments are in USD unless otherwise specified.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Refunds are processed at our discretion. Contact support within 7 days of a charge if you believe there is an error.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the BaZi Destiny website, including text, design, graphics, and software, is the property of BaZi Destiny and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Reverse engineer or extract the source code of our software
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the website
Impersonate any person or entity

BaZi Destiny and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
